Let's Do Costuming!

Hey ThunderBoltz Moms! Here we go with the Cadence Costume. Thanks so much to Kim Bundrant. She has designed the hat and it looks great! I have ordered the rhinestones for the white applique, I have picked up the yellow accents for the cuffs, hat and the collar and I have the tulling for the belts. I will bring my sewing machine and we can sew the black strips for the belts.

You will need to bring the following:
JoAnns has 2 inch wide elastic - you will need enough to go around their waist for the belts.
E6000 Glue
Red Thread
Black Thread
Needle
4 big snaps - the heavy duty kind. We will be using these to snap the belt to the trunks and tops as well.

This will give us a good start.

We have received their line dance music and we will talk about those costumes on Monday.
