Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4 Rehearsal Times

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday! Below is the schedule for Saturday, December 3. Let's all work hard the next few weeks to use our technique in class and always remember and rehearse what you learned the week before. Don't forget that there will be cuts before each competition and if you don't know your dance this year, you will not be able to dance in the competition until you know it.
Also, please remember to wear appropriate dance wear to class and your hair should always be in a ponytail or bun. Do not wear your hair down to class please.

Please consider all Saturday rehearsals mandatory. We have had way too many absences.

Saturday, December 3
8:00 am - 9:00 am Hot Notes

10:00 am - 11:30 am Going Postal
11:30 am - 12:30 pm Maddie, Addison, Caitlin
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm Pirates Both Groups
2:30 pm - 4:00 pm Extra B52 - Mandatory if you are going to be in the dance
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Seniors - Mandatory if you are going to be in the dance

Sunday, December 4
I don't like to rehearse on Sundays, but I feel we need to finish choreography. Please let me know if any of you have any problems with this schedule. This will only be until we finish choreography.

Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13

Sorry for the schedule changes for the weekend of November 12 and November 13. My good friend is a Nurse Practitioner at Vanderbilt and she left on Friday for a mission trip to Kenya to help with surgery for heart patients there. She also coaches Brentwood High School's dance team and she asked me to attend State competition with them on Saturday morning at MTSU. My friend does so much always for so many people that I definitely want to help her out. So here is our schedule for the weekend of Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Please let me know if there are any concerns:

Graduating Senior Small Group Saturday, November 12 4:00 - 5:00

Reagan - Sunday, November 13 2:00 - 3:00
Cassie - Sunday, November 13 3:00 - 4:00
Hot Notes - Sunday, November 13 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Sorry, I generally try to avoid Sunday rehearsals but feel that we should rehearse to keep moving along.

Some Updates

Nolensville is having a Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 5th at 11:00 am. Please make sure you leave in time to reach the studio for your rehearsal time.

I have a very very large outstanding receivables balance due to costumes and outstanding nationals balances from last summer. Please help me try to reduce this balance as soon as possible. I don't mind paying up front for your costumes but many of you haven't paid me all year and your balances are getting out of hand. From now on if you have a large balance, you will have to pre-pay before I can order your costume on an individual basis. I just cannot operate my business with this much outstanding. Also, if you have not paid all year, please decide immediately if you should be dancing this year. We are going into our 4th month now with no payment received from some of you. I don't mind helping out sometimes but this is not cool.
