Saturday, January Rehearsal and Other Info

Happy Holidays to Everyone! We hope you are all enjoying your break.

Please try to catch up on all outstanding balances. The $15 late charge will be added to the January statements for all outstanding balances. Sorry to have to mandate this but we have to get our receivables under control asap. We can no longer finance anyones costumes, comp fees or monthly tuition. We have been burnt too many times lately and can not afford to continue running our business in this manner. So please catch up to be current as soon as possible to avoid the monthly late fee. Thanks in advance for understanding this and thanks to those of you who always stay current on your balance. We truly appreciate this.

Also, the January statements will have the March 2 NexStar Competition Fees. If we waited to put the fees on the February statement, then we would not meet the deadline. Solos will be $85, title will be $30, group dances will be $35 per student per dance and $95 for duo/trios split between 2 or 3.

WCDE in February competition does not have soloists competing their solos. Soloists compete for scholarships during the auditions on that Sunday. You will audition with the dance you learn at the workshop and not your choreographed solo. Duets and Trios will be competing at WCDE. The cost is $49 per dancer. Since we do have any other full groups attending, we will only compete The Promise and Prettiest Girls. This fee will be added to your January statements. Please Pay

Please pay before leaving for your holiday break to avoid $15 late fee. I have fronted all your costumes and they are all on their way. We are going to have to enforce late fees due to our large outstanding receivable balances. Please try to catch up as soon as possible. Thank you

Happy Holidays

Too many times, I take things for granted. I can be myopic and fail to see all the blessings God gives me.

At this Christmas season, I am reminded again how blessed I am to work with you all. You are some of the most gifted people I have ever known. I do count you among my greatest gifts.

Stacey Ozment's Mother-in-law

Please keep Mrs. Stacey and her husband Brian in your prayers. She lost her mother-in-law this morning unexpectedly. Mrs. Stacey will not be teaching tap today, Monday, December 12. This is all the information we have at this time.

Soloists - January Competition Fee

Soloists please pay $92 before you leave for Christmas break if you want to compete in the January competition. There will be an entry form to fill out at the front desk with your payment. Thanks!

Hot Notes

Hot Notes, Mrs. Cathy will be making your costumes. She will coming on Saturday morning during your rehearsal for measurements. Also, please be ready to pay $100 in the next couple of weeks so that she can begin working on your costumes. Please make the checks payable to Legacy and we will be paying Mrs. Cathy. This charge has not been added to your December statement. We do not know the entire cost of the costume yet but we will pass it along as soon as Mrs. Cathy has the numbers. Her prices begin at $100 per student. She has the cutest idea for the costume! We will apply the $32 you put toward the original leotard toward the final balance. Thanks!
